Consultant Head & Neck Oncology and Reconstructive Surgeon at Queen’s Medical Centre, University of Nottingham, UK.

My practice focuses on managing Head and Neck cancer in terms of resection and microvascular reconstruction of cancers of the oral cavity and the Cranio- Maxillofacial region. I also lead on reconstruction of Laryngeal- hypo pharyngeal cancers working with the ENT colleagues. 
 
I have lead in developing tertiary pathways for Head and Neck cancer patients. 
I have been actively involved in establishing  a state of art in -house 3D planning services, working with our Maxillofacial laboratory scientists in Nottingham. 
I have been involved in developing a unique peri operative Enhanced Recovery Pathway ( ERAS HN) for complex head and neck cancer cases.
I have been appointed as Educational lead for the East Midlands Cancer Alliance Group since 2018 - ongoing. 

Other Roles include:

  1. Clinical lead for Head and Neck , United Lincolnshire NHS Trust, 2020- ongoing.
  2. AO foundation faculty member May 2023- ongoing.
  3. Lead for East Midlands Clinical Advisory Group ( ECAG) for Head, Neck and Thyroid cancer. February 2024- ongoing.
